Ingersoll Gender Center is one of our nation’s oldest organizations by and for transgender and gender diverse communities. We strive to be intentional in our hiring processes; each time we’re able to expand our staff we see it as an opportunity to interrupt the cycles of economic injustice that bar our communities from accessing employment, building skills and investing in the leadership development of our own communities. With that in mind we prioritize applicants that have first hand experience in navigating the oppressive systems that trans and gender diverse people face.

Community Support and Engagement Coordinator: Our Community Support and Engagement Coordinator will staff our peer support group/spaces and specifically provide support to veterans and survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in our communities. We're looking for someone with some previous experience with direct service. Development Manager: Our Development Manager will play a critical role in growing our fundraising and development efforts. We're looking for someone who has some previous development and fundraising experience and is interested in growing with our expanding development efforts. Economic Justice Manager: Our Economic Justice Manager will play a critical role on our program team leading our growing economic justice programming. Healthcare Access Coordinator: Our Healthcare Access Coordinator provides a bulk of the medical advocacy direct services we provide to community members. Program Director: Our Program Director will join our senior leadership team at an exciting time for Ingersoll. We're looking for a dynamic leader that can support our our growing program team and guide our critical programs we provide for our communities and push our ambitious policy agenda forward.
